I was very happy to see this rifle on the range. 200 yard 1/2" groups out of the box. 1"x12" twist,it really likes 168grn bullets with varget powder. I mounted a Leopold 6.5 x20 with a side paralax on Leopold monnts and rings. Love to recommend it. I did however remove the buttplate and sprayed insull foam to fill up the hollow stock. Tracker

Great gun for the price. still in the break in process. But so far .75" group at 100yds after 10 rounds. i would suggest this rifle to anyone looking for a great deal and even better accuracy!

First of all TGS is a super company to deal with,they are always there to give whatever information you need, and delivery is unmatched.The Remington 700 SPS Varmet with Synthetic stock is easy to cary in the woods even with that heavy barrel.- Shoots: makes me look like an- Expert-. All I can say ,there are a few game animals out there that are duying to see the inside of my freezer.I''ll be happy for many seasons I got me one of these.TRY IT GUYS YOU''LL LIKE IT! Nice gun, but I wish there was extra packaging in the factory box so it would''nt get banged around so much.
